I want to highly recommend Liza Danforth as a Buyer’s agent. My wife and I were looking for a family vacation home on the South Coast and fortunately for us, we came in contact with Liza. She was very attentive to hearing about what we were looking for and focused on fully understanding our very specific objectives. She came up with a number of strong possibilities and also looked into the background on a couple that I had identified and had interest in touring. She was very forthright in her dealings with us and was responsive whenever we wanted viewings, meetings, or phone calls. She did a great job of keeping us informed of all developments as we moved through our home viewings. Liza was a wealth of knowledge and insight on the negotiations and her calm demeanor was a plus as we moved through a slightly challenging closing on the home that we had selected. She supplied us with names of attorneys and other service providers as we moved through the process. Even after the closing was completed Liza continued to shine. She went to the house several times to ensure that all the doors were locked, and the yard access was secure, ensured that all of the final clean-up was completed and made herself routinely available to protect our interests. This was a huge help and saved me a tremendous amount of time since we live about two hours away. Selling our home with Sarah was a great experience. Sarah has lived in this area for over 15 years and knows everything about the South Coast and if there was something she did not know she would find out and be back to us within the day. We never waited for anything beyond the day. Always quick with answers and responses.
